Reports have surfaced in the New York Daily News of the NYPD actively encouraging intoxicated and/or violent individuals in other parts of the city to join the protesters in zuccotti park.

@crystalsunshine Ok…I know I’m going to regret it, but I have to ask…why terrifying?
@1955RodHot “America, home of the free…on paper.”
Or in Hollywood movies.
Can i get an ” OF COOOOOOOOOOOOURSE?!”
So if you’re a homeless protester you hang out in the center of the park?
Wow! Conspiracy theories now, that’s where your going?
Also, the protesters are almost all ‘freeloaders’. Of the so-called 99% I wonder what percentage is people who have actually been displaced from their work by political shenanigans, and what percentage is ‘never had a jobs’ just bitching about ‘rich people’ & ‘income inequality’?
…and in a country that was ‘actually free’, exactly what would people even have to protest?
This movement was ridiculous from day one.
It’s FUNNY how all these unemployed people think that UNIONS are on THEIR SIDE!!!!!!
It is hilarious. It’s hysterical that all these college kids think that unions are on their side.
They are NOT on your side. They are NOT on your side, they are on their own side, which PREVENTS YOU from GETTING EMPLOYMENT.
Unions are there to establish BARRIERS TO ENTRY to new people, what the hell is wrong with the new graduates who can’t even think 1 thought straight?
@hoptop77 The people are supposed to be the government in a democracy. The end game is to take back democracy. This is evidenced by low voter turn out in some years, and evidenced by overwhelming support of Obama’s campaign policies which he never enacted. It’s time for the people to get, at the very least, what Obama promised.
@UtubeMyAccountName Hahahahaha, that’s hilarious. So because we live in a pseudo-free country, EVERYTHING IS GREAT! There’s no need to protest!
Corporations essentially owning the government? BAH! We’re “free”!
Wall Street getting an unnecessary 800,000,000,000 bailout and not paying it back? BAH! We’re “free”!
Corporations paying NEGATIVE taxes through tax loopholes and rebates? BAH! We’re “free”!
I could go on, to thoroughly show you why you’re an idiot, but I must be going now.
Having been homeless before, I am insulted by this one. Being homeless generally means that you were screwed over by the group being protested against. It does not mean that you are “unseemly, or dark”. As far as being a drunken bum, the drunken bum element on the street is about the same as those who live in homes.
when will OWS end? the banks arnt going to listen to the people ever, its not their job and the governments around the world are powerless to help. so whats the end game?
@HannuMarijarvi Is that what I said?
I thought I said that that most of the people there were complaining about ‘the rich’ & supposedly unfair wage disparity. I could swear I said that only a small percentage was there actually complaining about displacement.
@UtubeMyAccountName way to bend over and take it up the ass, like a good little slave.
Ever met a sober Republican?
We’re watching the beginning of the end of this nation…and that breaks my heart.
@HannuMarijarvi Exactly, the guy is void of logic.
Someone should check on the forefathers of this country, I’m sure they have all but spun themselves out of their own graves.
@werewolf873 Bend over for who exactly?
You don’t even know who it is that’s fucking you. Just pointless thoughtless rants on the wickedness of greed and selfishness.
@UtubeMyAccountName So basically you’re saying that one has to be personally displaced from their work by political shenanigans in order to complain about it? How does that make any sense?
@Sylinic What exactly was the point of that rant? Everything you just said has its origin in legislative action, yet all you can manage to take from it apparently is that corporations are evil. Not a very reasonable reaction.
its all good keep oppressing free speech and the right to protest. that worked out REALLY WELL for the leaders in egypt and lybia.
